Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

• CourierPost (1–2 Business Days)

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. While we do our best to meet this timeframe, dispatch may be delayed during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. Drone Depot is not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or person as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

All packages sent by Drone Depot require a signature upon delivery for insurance purposes. If you request for the package to be left without a signature (i.e., “Authority to Leave”), you accept full responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of the package after delivery. Drone Depot will not be held liable in such cases.
