Repair FAQs
Most in-house repairs are completed within a few working days. Some repairs that need to go back to DJI or overseas take longer — we’ll confirm the expected timing after we’ve assessed your drone.
There’s an inspection fee of $65 if you decide not to go ahead with the repair work. If you decide to go ahead with the repair, this is incorporated into the repair cost.
Yes — we repair most DJI models regardless of where you bought them.
Submit the repair form and you’ll receive shipping instructions by email. Please send your drone and controller together (hold the batteries unless the fault is battery-related).
