How trade-in works
1. Tell us about your drone
Fill in the quick form below with your model, age and a few other details. The more you tell us, the more accurate your quote.
2. We send you a quote
Our technicians assess it and send an indicative offer — usually within one business day. Quotes are valid for 3 days.
3. We inspect it
Bring it into our Parnell store or post it to us. A full check-over and test flight confirms the final value — usually while you wait.
4. Get paid — or trade up
Take store credit toward your next drone, or get paid out if you're selling. Simple.
Is my drone eligible?
We assess every drone individually. As a general guide we’re accepting most recent working DJI models in good condition. The models below are not accepted — but we do consider some case by case, so if yours is on the list it’s still worth asking.

All trade-in quotes are indicative and subject to inspection. A full check-over and test flight confirm the final value — usually within 1–2 hours, occasionally a few days at busy times. Quotes are valid for 3 days from the date issued.
