Ship your product
You’ll receive an email with shipping instructions after submitting your information. Follow the instructions to send the product to our service center.
PLEASE SEND YOUR DRONE AND CONTROLLER TOGETHER.
Unless there’s a problem with the drones battery, please do not send your drone batteries in with your kit.
Assessment and repair
Our technician will assess your product and repair the product under warranty or send you a repair quotation if additional fees apply.
Receive your product
Our Service Center will ship the repaired product back to your address.
