The filter is made from durable, lightweight aluminum and snaps onto the lens frame using magnets. The filter’s optical glass is multicoated to provide water, oil, and scratch resistance.
The filters provide both the light reduction of neutral density filters as well as the increased color saturation, image sharpness, and reflection/glare reduction of polarized filters. To change the polarization, you simply rotate the filter.
