Ship your product
You’ll receive an email with shipping instructions after submitting your information. Follow the instructions to send the product to our service center.
Assessment and repair
The Insta360 Service Center will assess your product and repair the product under warranty or send you a repair quotation if additional fees apply.
Receive your product
The Insta360 Service Center will ship the repaired product back to your address.

Repair & Service Policy
Within Warranty (12 months) – No Fault Found:
If the product is sent in under warranty but no fault is found, a minimum service fee of $65 must be paid before the unit is returned. If repair is needed, the service centre will email a quote.
Outside Warranty (after 12 months):
Repairs are at the customer’s expense. If you choose not to proceed with the repair after a quote is provided, a $65 service fee will apply before the unit is returned. Customers are responsible for sending the unit to the service centre.
