Repair & Service Policy
Within Warranty (12 months) – No Fault Found:
If the product is sent in under warranty but no fault is found, a minimum service fee of $65 must be paid before the unit is returned. If repair is needed, the service centre will email a quote.
Within Warranty (12 months) – Physical Damage:
Repair fees are based on the inspection results. If any components or the product are found to have physical damage, Drone Depot will provide a repair quotation after inspection. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, a $65 service fee will apply.
Outside Warranty (after 12 months):
Repairs are at the customer’s expense. If you choose not to proceed with the repair after a quote is provided, a $65 service fee will apply before the unit is returned. Customers are responsible for sending the unit to the service centre.
